статтю присвячено проблемі підвищення якості підготовки майбутніх військових фахівців різних спеціальностей сектору безпеки, охорони, оборони в умовах освітніх трансформацій. Аналіз літературних джерел довів, що процеси євроатлантичної інтеграції охоплюють усе більше сфер життєдіяльності нашої держави і торкаються сфери освіти. У ході дослідження встановлено, що модернізація освітньої діяльності відбувається в контексті європейських вимог, принципів і стандартів держав – членів НАТО. У статті представлено низку чинників, які зумовлюють необхідність вирішення проблеми підвищення якості підготовки військових фахівців різних спеціальностей. Представлений аналіз наукових досліджень, присвячених різним питанням організації військової освіти та підготовки військових кадрів до професійної діяльності. Розкрито положення концепції інноваційно-стратегічного напряму підготовки майбутніх військових фахівців різних спеціальностей сектору безпеки, охорони, оборони.
