ШЛЯХИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ІМІДЖУ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ФАХІВЦЯ ОСВІТНІХ, ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ НАУК У ЗАКЛАДАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ: ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ВІТЧИЗНЯНОГО І ЗАРУБІЖНОГО ДОСВІДУ

Анотація

Анотація: стаття присвячена з’ясуванню шляхів формування професійного іміджу майбутнього фахівця освітніх, педагогічних наук у закладах вищої освіти; на підставі проведених досліджень вітчизняними та зарубіжними науковцями розкрито сутність понять “імідж”, “соціальний імідж”, “професійний імідж”, “професійний імідж майбутнього фахівця освітніх, педагогічних наук”, “професійний імідж педагога”; представлено результати порівняльного аналізу досліджень, проведених зарубіжними й вітчизняними науковцями,  зроблено висновки щодо тотожності розуміння вітчизняними й зарубіжними майбутніми вчителями-педагогами поняття “професійний імідж педагога”, а також вплив іміджу педагога на подальший вибір професії, їхню мотивацію на досягнення успіху в навчанні та майбутній професійній діяльності, на фомування кращих особистісних рис, особисту траєкторію освітнього маршруту протягом життя; доведено, що педагогічна майстерність викладача є важливим складником його професійного іміджу.
