Анотація: у статті проведено дослідження історичної ретроспективи феномену лідерства вітчизняними та зарубіжними вченими у контексті підготовки майбутніх фахівців Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій. Зазначено, що формування лідерства у майбутніх фахівців у закладах вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання повинно відбуватися на основі вдосконалення системи діяльності Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій України, формування необхідного освітнього середовища, яке сприятиме вдосконаленню законодавчої бази, економічних механізмів цивільного захисту, розвитку лідерських якостей та вдосконаленню професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій України.
