Анотація. у статті обґрунтовано та визначено структуру управлінської компетентності майбутніх офіцерів, яка включає такі компоненти: мотиваційний (передбачає наявність стійкого інтересу у майбутнього офіцера до здійснення управлінської діяльності на засадах гуманізму); когнітивний (характеризується сукупністю знань); функціональній (передбачає можливість здійснення управлінської діяльності); педагогічний (характеризується готовністю навчати та виховувати особовий склад військової частини); особистісний компонент (передбачає сформованість сукупності професійно важливих якостей).
