ФАСИЛІТАЦІЙНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ ПЕДАГОГА У НАВЧАННІ ІНОЗЕМНИХ СТУДЕНТІВ

У статті, за результатом аналізу наукової літератури стосовно педагогічної фасилітації, доведено, що науковцями не були порушенні питання щодо фасилітаційної компетентності педагога закладу вищої освіти у навчанні іноземних студентів; визначено поняття “компетентність”, “професійні інтереси”, “фасилітація”, “педагог-фасилітатор”, “фасилітаційна компетентність”; розкрито роль педагога-фасилітатора у формуванні стійкого інтересу в іноземних студентів до майбутньої професійної діяльності, вимоги до його особистісних і професійних якостей; на підставі досвіду роботи з іноземними студентами зроблено висновок щодо застосування на лекційних і практичних заняттях інтерактивних методів навчання; надано приклад тем та питань для їхнього обговорення на тренінгових заняттях, педагогічних майстернях із педагогіки фасилітаторства; зазначено, що педагог-фасилітатор повинен творчо підходити до навчання іноземних студентів, виховуючи в них не тільки інтерес майбутньої до професійної діяльності, а й формуючи власну фасилітаційну компетентність.
