У статті охарактеризовано етапи та особливості організації педагогічного експерименту. Визначено критерії, показники, діагностичні методики оцінки рівня сформованості лідерських якостей у майбутніх педагогів вищої школи. Експериментально підтверджено ефективність розроблених педагогічних умов формування лідерських якостей майбутніх педагогів вищої школи: динаміка змін у рівнях розвитку лідерських якостей у студентів експериментальної групи виявилась більш суттєвою, ніж у студентів контрольної.
