Шляхи розвитку особистості майбутнього спеціаліста

Анотація

Статтю присвячено проблемі формування особистості майбутнього спеціаліста. У сучасному світі людина знаходиться в ситуації постійного пошуку. Тому на всіх рівнях безперервної освіти повинні створюватися умови для розвитку інтелекту і творчих якостей особистості, підготовки її до взаємодії з динамічним світом професійної праці. Людина як особистість – це творець, перетворювач зовнішнього і внутрішнього світу. І ця її якість розкривається не тільки через категорії самооцінки та саморегуляції, а й через категорію творчої мотивації. Становлення особистості – це безперервне наповнення і збагачення її новим змістом.

Learning the problem of individuals cognitive activity in the conditions of university education, analyzing this activity factors and performance criteria, psychological and pedagogical preconditions for the development of personality and social psychological aspects of learning of the individuals were analyzed. The main attention was focused on the problem of training activities effectiveness and individual methods and forms of person teaching and learning intensification.  The article is devoted to the problems of future specialist’s personality forming. In the modern world person is in the situation of permanent search. That is why on the all levels of continuous education the conditions for intellect development and personality’s creative qualities development, for her training for interaction with dynamic world of professional activity must be created. We can formulate the following performance criteria for students learning activities as subjects of study: mega knowledge mastering, the ability to develop their own ways of learning activities, the ability to build a complete image of the object, trainees individual-semantic relation to educational material. Mastering not only knowledge but also mega knowledge, i.e. knowledge about knowledge ( means and measures of learning, processing information in different forms of its representation ), develops not only learning activities but mastering techniques of self-control and self-adjustability as well. The development of creative potential is either an implementation things laid down in social conditions, or those specific goals of the individual, which are determined by the national credo: understanding of the essence of his life. Person is characterized by his or her desire for self-actualization, the fulfillment of abilities. Creativity serves as the highest form of motivations. A man as a person is a creator, converter of internal and external world. And this quality is revealed not only in the categories of self-esteem and self-regulation, but also through the category of creative motivation. Formation of the person is her or his continuous filling and enriching with the new content.
