Анотація

The article presents a consideration of social and personal adaptation as a component of leader potential of students majoring in engineering. The level and psychological peculiarities of social and personal adaptation are investigated. Author presents the foundations of importance of adaptation’s potential of a future professional. A development of social and adaptational characteristics of the future engineers are proposed through training program.
