КУЛЬТУРА ДІЛОВОГО СПІЛКУВАННЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ЛІКАРІВ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ: СТАН РОЗРОБКИ ПРОБЛЕМИ В ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНІЙ ЛІТЕРАТУРІ

Анотація

У статті на підставі аналізу досліджень вітчизняних авторів підкреслено важливість формування культури ділового спілкування у представників професій “людина-людина”, зокрема у майбутніх лікарів у закладах вищої освіти; розглянуто культуру ділового спілкування як одного з показників загальної культури та моральних якостей особистості, що інтегрує зовнішню культуру, культуру мовлення, культуру почуттів, культуру поведінки та етикет; доведено, що для майбутнього лікаря особливо важливим є знання, вміння і навички професійної комунікації, які формуються і розвиваються у нього у процесі навчання у закладі вищої медичної освіти; наведено основні психологічні компоненти спілкування (почуття присутності, прояв турботи про іншу людину, повага до світогляду і точки зору іншої людини, емпатія, щирість як передумова вільного й відкритого спілкування, повага); відведено вирішальну роль педагогічній майстерності викладачів у формуванні культури ділового спілкування майбутніх лікарів у закладах вищої освіти.
