ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ У МАЙБУТНІХ ПСИХОЛОГІВ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ: АНАЛІЗ ВІТЧИЗНЯНИХ ТА ЗАРУБІЖНИХ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ

У статті розкрито підходи зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників до визначення понять “лідерства”, “лідер”, “лідерські якості”. З`ясовано, що у науковців немає єдиної точки зору на проблему лідерства, що проблема лідерства у різних теоріях і наукових школах розглядається по-різному (в теорії особистісних якостей, у концепціях організаційного поводження, в ситуаційній теорії лідерства та ін.). Наведено перелік лідерських якостей, з якими погоджується більшість дослідників: відповідальність, ініціативність, висока самооцінка, здатність адаптуватись, мотивація, обізнаність, свідомість, здатність вирішувати проблеми різного ступеня важкості, високий рівень інтелекту. За допомогою аналізу напрацювань змісту праць зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників визначено лідерські якості, які притаманні майбутнім психологам: відповідальність, ініціативність, активність, комунікативність, сміливість, розумний ризик, розвинений інтелект, прагнення до постійного навчання та самовдосконалення, адаптація до змін, чесність, впевненість у собі, оптимізм та надійність. Підкреслено важливість формування лідерських якостей у майбутніх психологів під час навчання у закладах вищої освіти та цілеспрямована робота педагогів-лідерів у цьому процесі.
