ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ БАКАЛАВРІВ ХІМІКО-ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО ПРОФІЛЮ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ НА ЗАСАДАХ КОМПЕТЕНТНІСНОГО ПІДХОДУ

У статті розкрито суть таких понять, як “компетентність”, “професійна компетентність”, розкрито, що у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів хіміко-технологічного профілю велике значення має рівень їх теоретичної і практичної підготовки; обґрунтовано якісні характеристики студента, сформованість яких сприятиме успішному оволодінню ним технічною спеціальністю; сконцентровано увагу на необхідності сформованості у майбутніх бакалаврів хіміко-технологічного профілю у закладі вищої освіти гностичної, проектування, діагностичної, комунікативної, інформаційно-аналітичної функцій та розкрито роль цих функцій у формуванні їхньої професійної компетентності; розглянуто освітньо-професійну програму “Технології переробки нафти, газу та твердого палива” першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю 161 Хімічні технології та інженерія (Національний технічний університет “Харківський політехнічний інститут”); з метою індивідуалізації освітньої траєкторії та формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів хіміко-технологічного профілю запропоновано вибіркові навчальні дисципліни, які можуть мати місце у каталозі університетських дисциплін, та обґрунтовано їх доцільність.
