Анотація

The article shows the necessity in mobilizing resource capabilities in manifes-tation of leadership abilities in executives-to-be, that is, their leadership potential activation. This process is viewed as a systematically organized activity of students which acts as phased realization of educational strategies on leadership potential’s disclosure and development that ensures formation of leadership qualities, abilities and skills in efficient management at a university’s educational environment.
Leadership potential’s activation in specialists-to-be supposes movement from orienta-tion strategies to those of inclusion and enrichment on account of sum total of pedagogic conditions ensuring the process of their efficient formation and development.
