ДІАГНОСТИКА СФОРМОВАНОСТІ ГОТОВНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ДО ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Розглянуто зміст поняття “готовність до професійної діяльності” (далі в тексті – ГПД), дано структурній аналіз її компонентів (ціннісно-мотиваційний, когнітивно-діяльнісний, особистісний, комунікативний). Проведено педагогічний експеримент вивчення готовності майбутнього менеджера до професійної діяльності. Розкрито зміст діагностичних методів, які використовувані під час проведення експериментальної роботи, висвітлена їх роль в процесі навчання. В основу діагностування покладено критерії, показники та відповідні їм рівні сформованості ГПД, що дає можливість скласти більш об'єктивну картину наявного стану досліджуваної проблеми. Зроблено аналіз динаміки структурних компонентів ГПД у процесі експерименту, вивчені педагогічні умови, які допомагають активізувати процес підготовки студентів.
Діагностування структурних компонентів ГПД істотно активізує педагогічну співпрацю викладачів із студентами. Це процес їх соціально-психологічної взаємодії, спрямований на формування сприятливих умов для самопізнання, саморозвитку і самовдосконалення особистості.
